Monday-Thursday Payrate:

Job Duties:

Prioritizing and coordinating all work activities for co-workers across multiple work centers Working with management and the team to meet corporate objectives Coordinating production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers Monitoring performance of team members and providing feedback to the team members Identifying training opportunities/requirements and recommend trainings Training, mentoring and encouraging team member growth and engagement Managing, reviewing and editing timecards for team members Leading or assisting with lean activities such as 5S audits, Gemba walks, JDI's and work center performance appraisals

Job Requirements:

Strong communication and leadership skills An understanding of and ability to interpret Manufacturing Instructions, Work Instructions/Procedures/Forms, Inspection Data, part drawings and Work Order data Use Microsoft office and basic computer skills Ability to learn and adhere to all applicable health and safety regulations as well as LEAN manufacturing Knowledge of and ability to learn MRP/MRPII and Epicor software's If interested, apply online at www.expresspros.com or call Express Employment Professionals at 507-457-3311.
