RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide leadership and supervision to the plant floor: Team management, coach reviews and supervision, efficient production workflow, balancing workloads and team numbers, supervise plant training program
  • Prepare Reports as needed
  • Manage released and unreleased work for capacity planning and work order closings
  • Coordinate with the manufacturing tech team
  • Managing work order schedules and on-time deliveries
  • Collaborate with Shipping and Stockroom assuring tape and reel schedules met
  • Ensuring continuous improvement in productivity and quality
  • Supervise home assemblers
  • Support Management Team in Safety, ISO 9001 programs, BH policies, etc.
  • Monitor standard labor hours vs actual hours and take actions for improvement
  • Maintain LCR log
  • Other duties as assigned
BACKGROUND REQUIRED
Minimum of five years' experience in magnetics manufacturing environment Minimum of five years supervisory experience Familiarity with EPA and OSHA requirements
Current Salary Pay Range:
$55,569 to $83,353 Job Offers will be based on experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, education and our pay practices.
