- 4:30 PM) Step Into a Leadership Role That Powers Production We're seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead a team of skilled assemblers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality electrical assembly, and drive team performance to meet production goals. What You'll Do As an Electrical Supervisor, you'll be responsible for both leadership and execution: Lead, coach, and assign daily workloads for a team of 10-12 assemblers Ensure production targets are consistently met (95-100% goal attainment) Verify all assembly, testing, and inspection processes meet quality standards Train and mentor new employees to improve team efficiency and skill development Collaborate with Operations and HR to track performance metrics and report progress Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements Maintain a safe, clean, and organized production floor Act as a hands-on leader, spending the majority of time supporting the team on the floor What You Bring 5-7+ years of manufacturing or assembly experience 2-5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of electrical assembly processes and production workflows Proficiency in: Schematic and blueprint reading Wiring and electrical systems Soldering and electronic assembly Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workflow, and meet deadlines Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills Bonus Experience (Nice to Have) Experience with control systems or advanced electrical assemblies Experience in high-volume or backlog-driven production environments Experience tracking KPIs and production metrics Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and quality systems Forklift experience or certification Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members Why You'll Love Working Here πΌ Strong Benefits Package Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off π Career Growth & Development Ongoing training and skill development opportunities Exposure to advanced electrical assembly and production systems Opportunity to grow into higher-level leadership roles π€ Supportive Team Environment Collaborative culture that values accountability and teamwork Stable workflow with consistent production schedules Leadership that supports your success and development Work Environment Clean, organized, temperature-controlled facility Moderate noise level with a safety-first environment Hands-on leadership role (70-80% on the production floor) Team-oriented setting with 10-12 employees Fast-paced environment focused on meeting production and quality goals What Success Looks Like Production goals are consistently met or exceeded Team members are well-trained, engaged, and productive High-quality standards are maintained across all assemblies Processes are continuously improving to increase efficiency The production floor operates safely and smoothly Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00
