We are looking for a hands-on 2nd Shift Production Lead to help drive production performance, support team members, and keep operations running efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, mentoring operators, improving processes, and making a direct impact on production results. What You'll Do Lead and support production team members throughout the shift Perform mold changes, machine setups, startups, and process adjustments Troubleshoot molding and production issues to minimize downtime Monitor product quality and make process corrections as needed Ensure materials are available and production schedules stay on track Train and mentor new operators while promoting a positive team environment Coordinate workflow, staffing, and break schedules to maximize efficiency Maintain a safe work environment and reinforce safety best practices Track production performance and communicate shift results to leadership Operate forklifts and assist with material movement when necessary What We're Looking For Experience with plastic injection molding, including setups and troubleshooting Prior leadership, lead, or mentoring experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to make decisions quickly in a production environment Reliable attendance and a team-first attitude Forklift experience or willingness to become certified Why Consider This Opportunity?
