ROLE OVERVIEW
This position is responsible to oversee schedule and perform maintenance at Ready Mix plants. The typical schedule is Monday•Friday 6:00 AM•4:00 PM with the occasional Saturday.
COMPENSATION
Wage Range is $80,000•$120,000 depending on experience
DUTIES AND/OR RESPONSIBILITIES
(summary of components that make up the job) Perform activities of maintaining, repairing or installing electrical needs at Ready mix plants. Maintain equipment and assist with repairs Assist with electrical problems Assist with set up and calibration, fill in plant operation Coordinate winter wiring at plants Assisting new employees Provide electrical training for employees per government guidelines Troubleshoot and problem solve situations/problems (material quality, equipment operation/repair, etc.). Monitor and discuss production problems with co-workers and managers/supervisors Ensure MSHA, OSHA, EPA, DNR, safety and environmental regulation compliance, Lockout/Tagout procedures Performs other duties as assigned.

(types and extent of knowledge, skills or abilities an incumbent must possess to complete the job responsibilities satisfactorily) Communicate effectively (verbal, listening, written) and work with difficult people under high stress situations. Self-motivated, team-player with good interpersonal skills; ability to maintain positive customer relations & act courteous/respectful of others.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
(minimum educational, experience, or other relevant job requirements) High School or GED plus higher trade or technical school or equivalent in related field Mechanical & electrical experience Ability to provide and maintain proper licensure, medical card and acceptable driving record.
