Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor (3rd Shift) Western WI | Dairy Manufacturing | Sunday-Thursday 10pm-7am We're partnering with a well-established dairy manufacturing facility in the Western WI area that is looking to add a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to their team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading teams, and driving production, quality, and safety in a fast-paced environment. 💥 What You'll Be Responsible For

• Lead, coach, and develop production teams to drive shift performance
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP, BRC, and food safety standards
• Oversee daily operations across production areas including butter processing and intake
• Coordinate staffing and schedules to meet production demands
• Review production and sanitation records for accuracy and compliance
• Partner with leadership (Plant Manager, QA, Maintenance) to resolve issues in real time
• Support audits, SOP updates, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Approve timecards, manage attendance, and maintain accountability on the floor 🎯 What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of leadership experience in dairy or food manufacturing
• Strong leadership skills — coaching, accountability, and communication
• Srong olid understanding of GMPs, HACCP, and food safety systems
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment
• Experience with systems like SAP, Excel, or production tracking tools is a plus 💰 Compensation & Benefits
• $68K - $82K base salary
