Pharmaceutical Production Supervisor Are you an experienced pharmaceutical operations leader ready to manage a high-performing manufacturing team? We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee our mixing, granulation, formulation, compression, and packaging departments. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of union operators and temporary personnel, driving operational mastery, strict regulatory compliance, and a culture of continuous improvement.
The Opportunity As a crucial leader on our manufacturing floor, you will ensure our production lines run safely and efficiently to meet critical demand. You will directly manage shift workflows, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintain a safe, collaborative work environment.

Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and train shift personnel, ensuring everyone understands their duties, safety policies, and precise batch record instructions. Quality & Compliance:
Supervise daily production to guarantee compliance with SOPs and regulatory rules. Meticulously review product batch records for accuracy and complete verification signatures. Continuous Improvement:
Utilize Gemba walks to monitor the floor, identify waste, and lead Kaizen events to boost manufacturing effectiveness. Troubleshooting & CAPA:
Detect operational deviations, utilize structured root-cause analysis tools, and lead investigations in partnership with QA to implement timely corrective actions. Safety Leadership:
Enforce full compliance with the company Safety Program to eliminate health and environmental hazards. What You Bring:
Education & Experience:
A BS in Chemistry or Engineering with 5+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, OR 10+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience with a proven background in a supervisory role. Technical Expertise:
Comprehensive knowledge of chemical safety protocols, advanced analytical troubleshooting, and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. Operational Leadership:
Demonstrated success using continuous improvement methodologies. Experience supervising teams within a union environment is highly beneficial. Assessment:
