Join a Team That Values Leadership, Accountability & Growth We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Production Supervisor to help lead daily operations in our fast-paced production environment in Kansas City, MO. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in leadership, enjoys developing teams, and takes pride in operational excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a critical role in supporting production personnel, ensuring workflow efficiency, maintaining USPS compliance standards, and driving a culture built on integrity, compassion, and continuous improvement. What You'll Do Lead and support daily production floor operations Champion and promote a culture of caring, teamwork, and accountability Coordinate production schedules and workflow with staff Hire, train, coach, and develop production employees Monitor employee performance and provide corrective guidance when needed Ensure all jobs are completed accurately and on time according to client expectations Maintain maximum uptime on production equipment through preventive maintenance and inventory management Oversee USPS Full Service compliance for all outgoing mail Assist with quality checks and shipping coordination Schedule staffing for print and mail operations including metering, presorting, and print-to-mail functions Maintain inventory of consumables and production materials Ensure compliance with operational, quality, and safety procedures Support overall organization and cleanliness of the production floor Assist in additional production areas as needed What We're Looking For High School diploma or equivalent required Experience in a mailroom or lettershop environment strongly preferred Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience preferred Supervisory or team lead experience is a plus Forklift and handjack experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows systems Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility required Physical Requirements & Work Environment Active warehouse/production environment Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently Frequent bending, kneeling, climbing, reaching, and machine operation Use of office equipment, production machinery, and basic tools Why Join Us?
