Job Description

I have a client in the St. Louis, MO area that has an opportunity for a Production Supervisor. If you or any of your colleagues are interested in this opportunity, please click Apply Now . In this role, you will be working as a Production Supervisor for a client that works in the manufacturing industry. This position will be responsible for all aspects of supervising a production floor in order for products to be manufactured efficiently. This is a contract to possible permanent role that is a long term need for my client. This position must be worked on site. Pay; 65,000•75,000/Yr.
Requirements:
Associates Degree in Applied Management, Electrical Technology, Operations Management required•Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Operations Management preferred 2+ years of experience as a lead or supervisor in manufacturing, production, logistics 3-5+ years of experience in a heavy industrial equipment manufacturing environment Supervisory experience•able to interview, hire and retain employees Manage, direct and coordinate production employees in accordance with company's policies Schedule jobs and consistent maintain production schedules Maintain quality standards Maintan stock equipment levels #VIS
