MANUFACTURING FOREMAN
$60K-$80K DOE DAY SHIFT 7A-3
30P SPRINGFIELD, MO
Supervises projects and team members, ensuring work is completed per quality and safety standards. Coordinates schedules, approves timekeeping, supports inventory and administrative needs, and provides coaching to team members. ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Coordinate activities with supervisors, administrators, customers, and team members Address work-related issues including team performance and conflict resolution Communicate expectations; issue coaching or disciplinary actions with approval Travel to job sites as needed Review work requests, determine staffing needs, secure materials, and ensure tools/equipment availability Follow project schedules and support continuous improvement initiatives Respond to customer inquiries and maintain positive relationships Ensure accurate timecards and timely payroll submission Obtain required reports and documentation from customers Maintain clean, safe work areas, tools, and equipment Enforce OSHA and site-specific safety procedures Obtain permits as required Operate equipment and work in environments including heights, confined spaces, and hazardous materials Drive to job sites; maintain valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Maintain alertness, safety awareness, attendance, and punctuality Perform other duties as assigned ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work outdoors in varying conditions including noise, dust, fumes, and uneven surfaces Work at heights and in confined spaces Lift 5-25 lbs frequently, 25-50 lbs often, up to 100 lbs occasionally Perform repetitive physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, climbing, lifting, and carrying Adapt to changing priorities and maintain focus for extended periods Subject to ergonomic testing SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Interpret specifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policies and procedures for workers. Evaluate employee performance. Determine standards, budgets, production goals, and rates, based on company policies, equipment and labor availability, and workloads. Calculate labor and equipment requirements and production specifications, using standard formulas. Recommend or implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency. Maintain operations data, such as time, production, and cost records, and prepare management reports of production results. #HP1
