Under the direction of the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day manufacturing operations for an assigned area and shift. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate activities of production employees Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards Train and develop team members Monitor workflow and adjust staffing as needed Address and resolve operational issues Maintain accurate records and prepare production reports Communicate effectively with management and other departments Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred) years of experience in manufacturing or production supervision Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Knowledge of safety and quality regulations Competencies Team leadership Problem-solving Attention to detail Adaptability Communication Our Total Rewards philosophy is to provide a meaningful and flexible spectrum of programs that equitably support our diverse workforce and their families and complement Kraft Heinz' strategy and values.
New Hire Base Salary Range:
$77,800.00
  • $97,300.

Bonus:
This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents. The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
