Responsibilities for a Production Supervisor include but are not limited to:
Supervise manufacturing personnel and daily production operations to ensure quality, safety, productivity, and delivery goals are achieved.
Train, coach, and develop employees while promoting positive employee relations and maintainingpliance withpany policies and procedures.
Monitor production schedules, staffing levels, inventory, and maintenance needs to support efficient manufacturing operations.
Lead problem-solving initiatives, enforce quality standards, and support continuous improvement activities while maintaining TS16949 and
ISO14001
systems.
Candidates for Production Supervisor must meet the following requirements to be considered:
3-5 years of production, manufacturing, or plant management experience in a union manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership, employee development, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills with stronganizational andputer proficiency.
Ability to work all shifts, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift, and maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism.
