Description TKO StaffPros LLC is currently seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to join our team in Walnut,Ms. This full-time, on-site position is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage our production team in the dynamic Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing industry. As a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality and safety standards. You will collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and implement best practices that contribute to our strategic goals and overall success. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers on the 2nd shift Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality standards Implement and enforce safety protocols in the workplace Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members Collaborate with other supervisors and management to improve production processes Monitor inventory levels and manage resource allocation effectively Train new employees on equipment operations and safety procedures Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement Requirements Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in manufacturing Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Solid understanding of production processes and quality control Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in management or related fields are a plus
