Ferguson is GROWING, and we're seeking the right individuals to join our new 2nd Shift Fabrication Team.Hours:
Monday- Friday, 2:00pm-10:30pm
Starting Rate:
$26.00/hr.Responsibilities include:
- Leads the strategy, design, manufacture and installation of fabrication projects.
- Oversees fabrication and quality control, monitoring progress and ensuring production deadlines are met.
- Prioritizes workflow through the shop and use all resources to implement tasks efficiently and effectively to meet delivery deadlines.
- Advocates adherence to health and safety procedures, company core values, best manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures, while reducing manufacturing costs.
- Directs the delivery of training that ensures the workplace is safe and in compliance with OSHA regulations and applicable fire codes.
- Adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
- Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
- High attention to detail.
- Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.
- Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
- Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs regularly.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
Pay Range:
- $17.52
- $38.07
- Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
- This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
- Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
