We build everything from banners and yard signs to large lighted cabinet signs and channel letters. We've built our reputation on relationships, quality work, and getting it done right. Now we're building the processes to match. The Job We need a Production Manager who can own the flow of work through our shop and install crews. You'll plan the week, run the work, and review results — every week, without fail. You'll use our job management software (Sign Tracker) to track every active job across our production pipeline and make sure things keep moving. This is a hands-on role. You'll be on the floor, in the system, and accountable for outcomes. What You'll Do Set the weekly production plan and hold the team to it Manage job flow through fabrication, non-fabricated production, subcontracting, and installation Schedule shop and field crews against active job timelines Track job status in Square Coil — escalate anything stalled or at risk Maintain quality standards and a safe, organized shop Document processes and continuously improve how we operate Participate in weekly plan vs. actual reviews with the General Manager What We're Looking For 3+ years in production, operations, or shop management Tech-comfortable — you learn job management software quickly Process-driven — you believe consistent process reduces errors and improves results Sign industry experience is a plus, but not required if you can learn fast Strong communicator who can direct a team and escalate problems early Someone who owns outcomes, not just activities Why Budget Signs Stable, relationship-driven company with a strong Mississippi reputation You'll have real authority and visible impact from day one Direct access to the General Manager and owner We're building better processes — and you'll help build them Competitive pay, benefits, and PTO How to Apply Apply here on Indeed.
