You will manage a team of fabricators and coordinate with various departments to optimize workflow, maintain safety standards, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily fabrication activities, ensuring efficient and safe operations. Lead and supervise a team of fabricators, providing training, support, and performance evaluations. Coordinate with engineering and production teams to plan and schedule fabrication projects. Monitor project progress, quality control, and adherence to specifications and standards. Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to increase productivity and reduce costs. Manage resources, equipment, and materials to meet production demands. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Requirements Hands-on experience in welding and fabrication required 5+ years of experience in fabrication management or a similar role.
