Job Description

Job Description Job Description DISCO32 is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing & Operations Lead to help run the day-to-day operations of our production facility. This is a working leadership role — you will actively build products alongside the team while coordinating production schedules, quality control, inventory management, shipping & receiving, and communication across departments. This position is ideal for someone with a strong electronics manufacturing background who enjoys both hands-on technical work and operational leadership in a fast-paced small business environment. DISCO32 is not a large corporation with layers of management and narrowly defined roles. We are a small, high-performance team building mission-critical communication equipment that people depend on in the real world. This role is hands-on and demanding. Some days you may be soldering assemblies, some days unloading shipments, troubleshooting production issues, organizing inventory, or taking out the trash. Everyone contributes wherever needed. You will be trusted with significant responsibility and held accountable for results. Your work will have a direct and visible impact on the company's success, product quality, customer experience, and long-term growth. We are looking to build a long-term, mutually beneficial working relationship with someone who wants to grow alongside the business. As DISCO32 continues to expand, this role will have the opportunity to grow in both responsibility and impact. This position is not for someone looking to simply punch a clock. It is for someone who takes pride in ownership, thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems, and wants to help build something meaningful alongside a dedicated team. You will work closely with ownership, engineering, sales, and customer service to ensure products are built efficiently, accurately, and to the high standards our customers expect. If that excites you, we'd like to hear from you.
