Operations Shift Supervisor-2nd Shift

XLC Services is seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Operations Shift Supervisor at our Managed Services Manufacturing Operation in Browns Summit, NC. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and maintaining a culture of safe practices and processes with strong employee engagement and development.. The idea candidate must be able to work with a diverse and culturally mixed staff as well as client leadership among many departments. A sense of urgency and the desire to produce results are a key factor in selecting the right candidate for the position.

Key duties include:

Guide a strong team within a consumer packaging environment. Running shift day to day activities. Guide shift leadership to deliver results. Allocation of resources to deliver safe and productive output and warehouse management error free. Manage the production schedule and material requirements for each production run. Tracks employee hours worked & attendance. Provides both written and verbal feedback to employees to improve performance.

Successful Candidate will be:

3-5 years supervision in a production environment Hands on and highly involved on the shift Inventory savy and can negotiate through SAP and the warehouse management system to ensure inventory is accurate and delivered on time for each run Able to direct resources in a timely manner to meet production schedule Able to execute training plans to ensure employees have the appropriate skill set Evaluate performance and coach employees toward improvements Enforce company policies and procedures Able to demonstrate Continuous Improvement activities that improve safety, productivity and quality Highly organized and Demonstrate excellent written and oral skills - Comfortable creating and entering data into excel spreadsheets, Microsoft Word and uploading data into central databases Experience in Warehouse management and an understanding of

INDS Pay:

$45,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year
