Pay Rate:
$18.50 an hour. Job Responsibilities for Production Lead Setting daily/weekly/monthly objectives, organizing workflow, scheduling, and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. Overseeing and coaching employees, providing training, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with safety and company standards Identifying and resolving issues that arise during the production process, both technical and personnel-related Communicating effectively with all levels of the organization, including production staff, management, and other departments Job Requirements for Supervisor Bilingual is a must ( English/ Spanish) fluent in both written and spoken. Must have experience in a fulfillment or production environment. A proven track record of managing 15-25 people. Strong multi-tasking abilities Excellent computer skills Great Attitude Highly detail-oriented Organized Skilled in time management. Experience with powered equipment is a plus.
