Currently, we are searching for a Fabrication Manager for a large and growing countertop operation in the Charlotte market. This role oversees day-to-day fabrication shop operations, so the ideal candidate will bring strong stone fabrication knowledge, leadership experience, and the ability to drive efficiency without sacrificing quality.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily fabrication shop operations, production flow, and employee scheduling Ensure fabrication equipment is maintained and serviced according to company standards Coordinate with production leadership to ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time Track inventory levels, maintain reporting, and ensure materials are accounted for properly Monitor quality control processes and resolve fabrication issues proactively Maintain OSHA documentation, job records, and operational paperwork Lead, train, and develop fabrication personnel
REQUIREMENTS
Strong understanding of stone fabrication equipment, workflow, and production processes 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in a fabrication shop CAD/CAM experience preferred Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and quality control Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
COMPENSATION
Salary between $90,000-$135,000 depending on talent/experience
