• Full-time Job Summary Overcash Grading Services is searching for experienced and motivated Grading Foreman to join our growing team.

We offer a wealth of expertise in all areas of utility construction, earthwork and demolition. Candidate must have broad experience in stormwater drainage, stormwater retention and grading. We are looking for a go-getter that is passionate about driving growth and opportunity for the company. This candidate would lead team members in the field to ensure efficiency and productivity to meet quality standards in a timely manner. JOB DUTIES

We are seeking a Experienced Grading Foreman; Grading Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating all grading and earthwork operations. Read and interpret construction plans, grade stakes and specifications Ability to read blueprints, grades, elevations, setup & shoot grade. Establish and maintain proper grades, slopes, and elevations. Operate job specific heavy machinery equipment. Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure the job is meeting all requirements and customer expectations Proactively communicate with the Project Manager to get the materials and information you need, along with keeping inventory. Train and mentor crew members as needed. Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations All other duties as assigned. Requirements 5+ years of experience in grading and earthwork operations Equipment operating experience running an excavator, dozer, graders, loaders, etc. Must be able to work in the U.S. and possess a valid driver's license Ability to follow instructions, read and interpret site plans Ability to effectively communicate professionally with all personnel, clients, and customers Strong leadership skills Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
