Project Superintendent

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sheet Metal, Pipe and/or Plumbing Superintendent to oversee field operations, manage crews, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily field activities for sheet metal and/or plumbing projects Manage and lead field crews, subcontractors, and vendors Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies Interpret blueprints, specifications, and project schedules Monitor project progress and maintain productivity goals Coordinate with project managers and other trades Conduct site inspections and quality control checks Order materials and manage equipment needs Maintain accurate daily reports and documentation

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in sheet metal and/or plumbing, with supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, installation practices, and codes Proven leadership and team management skills Ability to read and interpret construction documents Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities OSHA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Valid driver's license
