Position Overview In this role, you will lead the fabrication, installation, and repair of commercial HVAC sheet metal systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.

What You'll Do Lead Mechanic Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on leadership to field crews from layout through final installation Install commercial HVAC sheet metal systems according to project specifications and drawings Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and P&ID schematics Support and guide mechanics and apprentices in the field Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of sheet metal experience Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Foreman Responsibilities:

Lead fabrication, assembly, and installation of commercial HVAC sheet metal systems Manage crews and coordinate daily jobsite operations Schedule and work with subcontractors on-site Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to specifications Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members Supervise apprentices, mechanics, and lead mechanics

Requirements:
