Role:

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to join our manufacturing team in Marston, MO. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the production of wooden reels and be proficient in operating a sit-down forklift. This role is responsible for supporting daily production goals, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and leading by example on the floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support a team of production associates in the wooden reel manufacturing process. Operate a sit-down forklift safely to move materials and finished products. Ensure production schedules are met with attention to quality and safety standards. Monitor workflow and provide guidance or training as needed. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate daily operations. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

Previous Team Lead or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting required. Experience in wooden reel production or similar woodworking environment preferred. Valid forklift certification and proven experience operating a sit-down forklift. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
