Adecco is recruiting for an Onsite Supervisor job in Kernersville, Nc. This position is a temp-to hire role.
The responsibility of a floor supervisor is to ensure shift operations are run efficiently through the optimization of resources and time with an emphasis on safety. Supervisors are tasked to have good attitudes, build positive working relationships, have a high degree of accountability and follow-up.

Basic Requirements:
- HS graduate or equivalent
- Working knowledge of professional office practices and procedures
- Proficiency with
Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet browser and Social Media platforms
- Demonstrated ability to read,prehend and implement operating procedures and instructions
- Proficiency & experience with data entry
- Familiarity with basic web searches, database queries
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact with all levels of personnel, general public in a professional and effective manner
- Outstandinganizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Demonstrated ability to sustain strong attention to detail and executeplex instructions with precision
What's in this for you?
Pay rates start from $22-25 per hour. (based on experience)
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 3pm-12am (weekends and holidays as needed)
Weekly Pay - you receive a paycheck every week.
Must have availability to train on a 1st shift
Pay Details:
$22.00 to $25.00 per hour
