Electrical Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

Ensures the maintenance service such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, and machine and electrical servicing for the organization's facility. Monitors equipment and ensures efficiency and effectiveness. Oversee the production team and to minimize downtime. Help in Production to keep everything flowing smoothly.

Job Responsibilities:

Keeps up with the maintenance of buildings and mechanical systems. Ensures required tasks are completed for operational effectiveness. Oversees the installation, repair, and upkeep of company property. Knowledge of budgeting costs, negotiating contracts with product vendors Performs other related duties as assigned by management. Enforces safety and sanitation regulations. Confers with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments. Plans and establishes work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals. Inspects materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions. Observes work and monitors gauges, dials, and other indicators to ensure that operators conform to production or processing standards. Conducts employee training in equipment operations or work and safety procedures or assign employee training to experienced workers. Interprets specifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policies and procedures. Reads and analyzes charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs. Requisition's materials, supplies, equipment parts, or repair services. Maintains operations data and prepares management reports of production results.

Education :

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

Previous maintenance work experience.

• 5-years of previous experience in manufacturing
• 5-years of previous experience in management

Physical Requirements :

Ability to bend, stoop, climb, sit, and use a computer for extended periods of time Ability to answer phones, and utilize a variety of office equipment. Ability to lift at least 50lbs. and reach overhead.

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
