50/hr WorkForce Unlimited is hiring! We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead second shift operations for a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a supervisor who enjoys working directly with employees, improving processes, solving problems, and driving a safe and productive work environment.
Pay:
$24.00

Position Responsibilities:
Lead and support production employees during assigned shift Maintain a strong floor presence and provide daily guidance to team members Ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety expectations are met Coordinate workflow, staffing needs, and daily priorities Communicate effectively with management and other shifts Coach employees and provide real-time feedback Identify and resolve production issues quickly Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
What We Are Looking For:
Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial leadership experience Supervisor, manager, or Lead experience preferred Strong communication and decision-making skills Ability to motivate and support a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Preferred Experience:
Manufacturing supervision Production leadership Warehouse operations Material handling Forklift experience Safety procedures Quality standards
Work Environment:
This position requires active leadership on the production floor. Candidates must be comfortable being on their feet, walking throughout the facility, and supporting employees throughout the shift. The environment may include dust, strong odors, and temperature changes. Candidates must be able to work safely while following all company procedures.

Must be available for second shift hours (3:00 PM
