The Final Assembly Team Lead will oversee manufacturing activities on a specified production line. Final Assembly Team Lead 2nd Shift Your main responsibilities will be: Ensure orders are stagged in accordance to layout on resource. (Pro-Alpha access) Informs inventory control of missing parts. (Email required) Works with QA line inspectors to resolve current quality issues which arise during production. Makes certain lines are on track with production schedule. Attend production team meetings on a daily/weekly basis. Works directly with floor supervisor to coordinate manpower requirements to meet changing conditions. Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment, staff performance, and quality of product. Initiate or suggest plans to motivate workers to achieve our goals. Upload daily metrics on value stream. Collect and insure end of shift checklists are accurate. Collect and transfer daily scrap sheets to Production Supervisor. Inforce company policies and safety guidelines. Communicate any grievances to production supervisor. Assess personnel strengths & weaknesses. Maintain all tools and work spaces in a clean and organized manner (5S principals). Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in manufacturing Strong leadership skills Communicates effectivel both oral and written Interpersonal skills High problem solving skills In-depth knowledge of performance metrics Works well within a team environment Good organizational and time management Team management skills Motivated individual General computer skills MS Office, proALPHA Safety oriented We offer: Tuition Reimbursement Program- We encourage team members to continue their education to support their current or future work.
