In this role, you will lead and support production employees while coordinating daily priorities to ensure safe, efficient, and quality-driven operations. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, solving problems, and keeping production running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and support production team members Assign daily work priorities to meet production goals and deadlines Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed Operate production equipment and serve as backup across workstations Assist with troubleshooting, machine setup, and workflow improvements Coordinate material usage, work orders, and ERP data entry Promote teamwork, cross-training, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
