Position Summary:

This position is responsible for managing and supervising all operations of their assigned area of the Midwest Manufacturing production facility.

Primary Responsibilities:

Distribution

• Ensure that all product is shipped accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensure that all orders are filled within an acceptable lead time.
• Set and evaluate production quotas, both quantity and quality Equipment Maintenance and Utilization
• Keep all equipment in good repair, orderly, and clean
• Use equipment to capacity to fill orders Safety
• Ensure all safety policies are enforced and all equipment is guarded and well maintained.
• Keep all safety training and maintenance documented
• Keep open communication with all Team Members regarding safety issues Training
• Guide Team Members to make them more comfortable and more knowledgeable in their surroundings
• Provide Team Members with feedback about their strengths and weaknesses
• Attain the highest profit dollars possible

Position Requirements :

• Working knowledge of modern sales and management methods and techniques
• Able to write and speak clearly and accurately
• Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Able to tactfully deal with guests and team members
• Strong knowledge of construction and/or manufacturing industry Forklift experience preferred

Pay:

$23.30 - $26.55 per hour
