Job Description
As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the production operations in our facility. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the production processes, meeting production targets, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Your leadership and expertise will be essential in driving operational excellence and achieving customer satisfaction. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our production operations, ensuring on-time delivery of products, minimizing downtime, and optimizing resource utilization. You will be responsible for leading a team of production operators, providing guidance and support, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
YOU MUST HAVE
Previous experience in a production supervisory role Strong knowledge of production processes and safety regulations Excellent leadership and communication skillsWE VALUE
Bachelor's degree in a related field Bilingual in Spanish a strong plus Willingness to consistently take initiative to get things done Experience with SAP Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Lean Six Sigma certification Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesBENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELL
