They are an innovative manufacturing facility specializing in cutting-edge medical devices, committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety in a controlled cleanroom environment. We are looking for people who have been in a leadership role in Manufacturing, ideally Production line Assembly. In this role, you will oversee production activities during the third shift, ensuring processes run smoothly, meet quality standards, and adhere to safety and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for monitoring workers, maintaining cleanroom integrity, leading staff to improve production efficiency, and ensuring compliance with ISO, QSR, and FDA regulations. Additionally, you'll serve as a key link between workers and management, contributing to continuous improvement efforts and supporting a safe, productive work environment.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 11:00 PM

AM Required Skills, Education, and Experience:
Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 1-year lead experience (preferred). Experience with assembly, testing, and the documentation of mechanical and electrical devices. Knowledge of production practices and procedures in a c
GMP & GDP
environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate effectively with team members from diverse backgrounds. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership ability to motivate, direct, and support team members. Medical device manufacturing experience preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
