Sheet Metal Production Supervisor

This is an office-based leadership role with regular site visits (typically weekly). You'll collaborate closely with Project Managers, CAD designers, field foremen, and safety leadership to ensure the sheet metal scope is fully coordinated and executable before work begins in the field.

You'll maintain strong field influence without being on the tools-using your trade expertise to shape how projects are planned, detailed, and installed.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the sheet metal scope from estimating turnover through final closeoutReview contract documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and constructabilityLead and direct the CAD/design team on routing, sizing, coordination, and detailingManage all trade-related RFIs and support coordination with project teams and general contractorsDevelop and validate labor hour plans and material takeoffs to support production goalsReview and approve shop drawings, submittals, and fabrication details as the trade SMEObtain and manage required sheet metal permitsConduct regular jobsite visits to support foremen, resolve field issues, and verify that execution aligns with plansServe as the primary technical liaison between project management, CAD, field leadership, and safety teamsSupport quality control, safety compliance, and documentation, including as-builts and O&M manuals

Qualifications:
