Foreman

Arcosa Aggregates is seeking a Foreman based out of various locations to oversee and manage daily operations of the portable crushing in our East Region. This role is responsible for managing the crew and coordinating their activities to meet production schedules. Day to Day Overseeing daily operations of portable crushing, ensuring smooth and efficient production. Managing the crew and coordinating their activities to meet production schedules. Maintaining equipment and ensuring it operates correctly and safely. Adhering to safety standards and conducting regular safety meetings and training sessions. Implementing quality control procedures to ensure the quarry meets all required standards. Conducting routine inspections and testing of materials and finished products. Addressing safety incidents and implementing corrective actions as needed. Coordinating maintenance and repairs of plant equipment and machinery. Managing inventory levels of raw materials and supplies, ensuring timely delivery. Preparing and submitting reports on plant operations and performance. Identifying and resolving operational issues and equipment malfunctions. Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned About You 2-4 years experience CDL preferred Experience in mobile equipment operations and some welding background Prompt, regular, and predictable attendance Positive, Team-based attitude The ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift, walk, climb stairs, ladders, and catwalks up to 60 feet as required. The ability to work in varied outdoor environments (cold, hot, dry, dusty, rainy) Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Working Conditions While most equipment has air conditioning, there will be times when other responsibilities may require periods of work in all weather conditions including heat, cold, wet, dry, and dusty.
