Job Description
Must have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a supervisor or foreman in a plate shop environment otherwise you need not apply. Must be able to speak English. Must be familiar with all facets of metal fabrication and workflow while managing employees to meet customer's quality and deadline requirements. Responsibilities include prepping and organizing jobs for production and creating material requirements. Having leadership abilities plus being well organized and able to monitor all aspects of the fabrication process are key. Salary is commensurate with experience and performance. Please ONLY apply if you have the pre-requisite experience in a metal fabrication plate shop. Normal shifts are Monday through Friday but some overtime work may become available on Saturdays or on weekday shift.
