• Full-time Design To Print is a busy grand format print production facility. We are growing and looking for a Production Manager to oversee and coordinate the print production work during our swing shift (4:00 pm
• 12:30 am).

This is a very hands-on position and will require production work along side supervised employees. Responsibilities will include include supervising production employees, coordinating assignments and process with the day shift to maximize efficiency, streamline workflow, and meet the manufacturing goals of the Company.

Specific duties include:

Lead daily production based on production schedule. Train and manage production employees. Oversee workflow and effectiveness of the production team. Partner with HR to interview and hire production employees. Identify and address key concerns that may alter or impact on-time delivery. Coordinate with Production Manager regarding problems or issues impacting production. Communicate equipment concerns to Production and Operations Managers when needed. Identify and recommend areas of potential cost reductions and/or streamlining production workflow to Production Manager. Partner with production staff to develop and adjust workflow policies and procedures when necessary to improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality. Oversee the workflow and effectiveness of department. Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching Ensure all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free. Partner with senior management to identify and set production goals for each department.

Requirements include:

Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a print production setting, with grand format printing and/or tradeshow experience required. Strong supervisory and leadership skills Effective organizational, time management skills with commitment to meeting critical deadlines. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and work with prolonged periods of standing, walking lifting and reaching. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.

4:00 pm

• Friday; Some weekend work required.

Salary is negotiable and will be considered based on prior experience.
