• The Foreman will be the onsite representative for the job(s) that are assigned to him/her.

Duties include but are not limited to communications with the customers onsite Superintendent's, tracking the progress of the job site, and monitoring / approving timesheets for the installers / laborers onsite.

REPORTS TO

• Field Supervisor(s)

SUPERVISES

• The Foreman shall directly supervise all personnel employed by CMD as it relates to the onsite production, unloading deliveries, and installation of his/her projects.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities are assigned by the Field Supervisors and may include any number of the following:

• Layout manpower daily, attend jobsite meetings as required.
• Schedule all deliveries with Project Manager and assist with unloading materials using laborers etc.
• Making sure all materials are safely / securely stored and accounted for onsite.
• Approving all PW time sheets and laborer hourly time sheets with their signature.
• Making sure all pick up work is done by the PW that was previously paid to do the work unless its trade damage or a change order. Get with FS is its TD or COR work on how to get it done.
• Communicates with Field Super(s) daily on any major issues or material supply issues causing more work for the field.
• Attends any internal/jobsite related meetings as required. Ensure everyone working on their crew is a valid CMD employee, with all paperwork completed and turned in prior to working on any jobsite.
• Ensures all PW done weekly is on that weeks' time sheet, it cannot be carried over to succeeding weeks for any reason.
• Ensures laborers are not doing any PW at all
• No PW employee can do hourly work and no hourly / laborer can do any PW, ever.
• Holds the Weekly Safety meetings.

Paperwork gets turned into the CMD Safety Coordinator & ensures all CMD employees are compliant with all

safety guidelines.

COMMUNICATION

• All communication between CMD Foreman / Project Managers / Project Coordinators to be done via email. Calls or texts should be limited to emergencies only.
• Uses Procore or the platform of communication the GC is using to document trade damage, completed units, punch list completion etc.
• No material requests or agreements through text/phone call, no exceptions.

Included but not limited to:

GC's, Field Supers, PM's.

PAY SHEETS

• All pay "packets" must be turned into CMD South by 11am MONDAYS or You will NOT get paid.
• Packets must me complete with FULL names and all information must be completely filled out in order for them to be accepted.
• Foreman will sign, and FS's will "STAMP" for final approval
• If emailed, all piece sheets must be sent in one PDF file.

No individual pictures.
