Technical Supervisor, Cell Assembly, LFP Battery Cell Manufacturing

What to Expect As a Technical Supervisor you will have the critical task of managing the priorities and tasks of the engineering technician team. Your experience in fast-paced production lines as well as strong technical background will make you an ideal candidate for this role. You have a passion for employee development and enjoy the process of training and developing the next generation of engineers. You are very hands-on, energetic, and have a capacity to think critically on many different complicated processes. Your proven ability to collaborate with employees, peers, and managers is one of your key strengths for success. What You'll Do Provide technical training to all technicians (8D, Kaizen, DMAIC, lean principles) Collaborate with the process and quality teams to support on-going projects Work with shift managers and other production supervisors daily to create priorities Work with cross-functional teams including process engineering, equipment engineering and maintenance teams Work with the training coordinators ensuring manufacturing Instructions, versatility matrices and other technical documentation are current Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)

Focus:
