If you want to take the next step in a dynamic environment, apply now! key responsibilities The responsibilities of the Supervisor will be: Supervising the daily production process. Adhering to the production schedule. Guiding and coordinating production staff, ensuring smooth cooperation between shifts and departments. Monitoring the operation of machinery (weaving, dyeing, finishing) and coordinating maintenance actions where required. Checking the quality of the fabrics at all stages of production, implementing corrective actions when necessary. Monitoring productivity indicators, yields, and waste. Collaborating with the quality, planning, maintenance, and warehouse departments. Ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene rules in the production area. Training, supporting, and evaluating production personnel. Drafting production reports. Participating in process improvement. experience 3-5 years of experience in a similar role on a production line. skills Communication skills. Organizational skills. Responsibility. qualifications Technical degree (Mechanical Engineering, Textile Technology, or a related field will be preferred). 3-5 years of experience in a similar role on a production line. Knowledge of the fabric production stages (weaving, dyeing, finishing, inspection) is desirable. Team management capability. Good computer skills (Excel, ERP, or other production system).
