Role :
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Painting Supervisor to oversee painting projects and lead painting crews to ensure high-quality workmanship, safety compliance, and timely project completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive painting experience, must be willing to work with crew and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of painting crews. Plan, schedule, and monitor painting projects to meet deadlines and budgets. Inspect work to ensure quality standards and project specifications are met. Train, mentor, and evaluate painters and apprentices. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations. Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor requirements. Communicate with owners, project managers, contractors, and clients regarding project progress. Resolve on-site issues and maintain productivity. Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
Qualifications & Experience :
Minimum 3-5 years of painting experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of painting techniques, coatings, surface preparation, and finishing processes. Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Strong commitment to safety and quality standards. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. OSHA 10 Card or willing to obtain one
