PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Shift:

2nd

Hourly Rate:

$25-29 (DOE)

Start Time:

2:30 PM Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays _______________________________________ •

TRAINING FOR THE FIRST 4-6 WEEKS WILL TAKE PLACE ON FIRST SHIFT

•Basic Job Functions include but are not limited to: Lead your team to ensure success on your shift by promoting a positive environment while following all GMPS, SOPs and SQF/Safety guidelines. Understand all aspects of the production machinery and how to make proper adjustments to keep waste low and production running smoothly. Verify production dates and codes are correct throughout the shift. Perform quality checks and sign offs at shift change.

HR tasks:

Perform write-ups in a timely manner as seen necessary. Understand all production positions and provide continuous training to team. Use company's ERP system throughout shift. Miscellaneous Tasks as assigned.

An Ideal Candidate Possess:

Ability to work independently or on a team Ability to lead a small production team Ability to effectively communicate in a professional manner Basic computer skills are required Previous experience as a production supervisor is preferred Work Environment•While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to work near moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. This position requires extended periods of standing and frequent lifting and moving of items up to 50 pounds.
