This position is responsible for supervising production associates, ensuring production schedules are met, maintaining quality and safety standards, and serving as the primary operations leader during second shift. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated manufacturing leader who enjoys building teams, solving problems, and driving operational excellence in a growing company. What You'll Do Lead and supervise production associates during second shift operations. Execute daily production schedules and ensure production goals are achieved. Monitor productivity, quality, safety, and inventory accuracy. Coach, train, and develop team members. Enforce SOPs, GMPs, safety standards, and company policies. Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate corrective actions. Maintain accurate production records and shift reports. Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Communicate shift performance, challenges, and priorities to management. Qualifications 3+ years of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or packaging experience. Previous supervisory or team leadership experience. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Experience in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet throughout the shift. Forklift certification.
