Supervisor- Production I (2nd Shift)

About the role Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing a specific production area or team within a manufacturing facility. Their primary objective is to ensure efficient operations, maintain product quality, and meet production targets while adhering to safety regulations and company policies.

Compensation:

$85,000-$100,000 (Plus 10% Shift Differential!)

Safety and Compliance:

Enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety inspections Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards Investigating and reporting accidents and near-miss incidents About you High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's Degree preferred) Three to five years manufacturing experience, supervisory experience preferred.
