Group Leader FT - ArcWorks

The Group Leader position aids the Production Supervisor in oversight and training to support Assembly Operators with and without disabilities perform their work in a productive manner. The Groups Leader will aid the Production Supervisor with set-up, production, quality, and on-time delivery of customer product. The Group Leader also works as a team player in production of electro-mechanical and other complex assemblies. The position utilizes identified ISO quality control practices and procedures. Minimum Education & Experience High School Diploma/GED 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment Basic mechanical and/or electrical experience and basic blueprint reading preferred. Ability to read and comprehend complex and detailed work instructions Basic Computer Literacy, as evidenced by the ability to conduct basic internet searches, check emails, and use simple email features. Can also open simple spreadsheets and word processing documents to read and make simple edits Licensure/Certification Valid NYS Driver's License preferred. Availability of insured personal vehicle to transport self and/or individuals preferred. The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, internal equity, and location.
