Production Supervisor

Adecco is recruiting for a

• Production Supervisor
• for a client in the Syracuse area. This is a direct hire opportunity supporting a fast-paced manufacturing operation on an overnight shift schedule. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong floor presence, communication skills, and the ability to lead employees in a fast-moving environment. Salary- 65,000-72,000

• Responsibilities:

• + Lead and support production employees throughout the shift + Drive productivity, safety, quality, and operational goals + Maintain professional and consistent employee communication + Support employee coaching, accountability, and problem-solving + Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards + Coordinate with other supervisors and plant leadership as needed + Assist in maintaining accurate production documentation and reporting •

Qualifications:

• + Prior manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience required + Experience in fast-paced production or operations environments + Strong communication and people management skills + Ability to think quickly and problem solve in a production environment + Comfortable working in a highly active role with significant time spent on the floor + Experience in regulated or high-volume manufacturing environments is a plus •
