This is a direct hire opportunity supporting a fast-paced manufacturing operation on an overnight shift schedule. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong floor presence,munication skills, and the ability to lead employees in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and support production employees throughout the shift Drive productivity, safety, quality, and operational goals Maintain professional and consistent employeemunication Support employee coaching, accountability, and problem-solving Ensurepliance withpany policies and safety standards Coordinate with other supervisors and plant leadership as needed Assist in maintaining accurate production documentation and reporting

Qualifications:

Prior manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience required Experience in fast-paced production or operations environments Strongmunication and people management skills Ability to think quickly and problem solve in a production environment Comfortable working in a highly active role with significant time spent on the floor Experience in regulated or high-volume manufacturing environments is a plus

Pay Details:
