- Supervise and lead a team of up to 20 hourly employees including mold setters, process technicians, operators, and material handlers
- Assign labor to presses strategically to optimize production output and efficiency
- Drive key performance metrics and leverage data analytics to ensure timely product delivery
- Monitor and improve labor utilization and material utilization rates across production operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead continuous improvement (CI) projects aimed at reducing scrap and enhancing overall efficiencies Key Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated experience managing and leading production teams
