JOB DESCRIPTION A

manufacturing company is seeking a Weld Foreman to oversee daily welding operations, lead a team of weld technicians, and ensure production goals and quality standards are met. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Job Duties:

Supervise and support weld technicians; assign daily tasks and monitor workflow Oversee robotic, projection, and resistance welding operations Ensure proper setup, operation, and maintenance of welding equipment Track and manage raw materials and parts inventory for production jobs Step in to perform robotic, projection, and resistance welding as needed Maintain quality standards, safety compliance, and production efficiency Coordinate with production and management to meet deadlines and resolve issues

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualification:

Must have 3 to 5 years of welding experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities Experience with robotic weld programming and welding processes Must have a hands-on leadership style with the ability to jump in when needed Must have a strong mechanical aptitude while being able to pay a high attention to detail Must be able to read and interpret blueprint and welding symbols Must have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Must be able to work safely and abide by all company standards, policies, and procedures Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
