We're looking for a Night Shift Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is ready to lead people, own performance, and make an impact. If you are a hands-on leader who enjoys developing teams, solving problems, and driving results, this is your opportunity. What You'll Do As the Night Shift Supervisor, you will own the performance of your shift and lead your team to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) goals. Lead and manage all night shift operations to achieve production and quality targets Direct, coach, and develop Team Leaders, Operators, and support staff Assign work, adjust staffing, and make real-time decisions to meet business needs Drive accountability and performance through coaching, feedback, and evaluations Lead hiring efforts, support onboarding, and administer corrective actions Resolve operational and personnel issues using sound judgment and data Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and eliminate inefficiencies Monitor workflow, equipment performance, and staffing to maximize throughput Communicate priorities, performance, and expectations clearly across shifts Education High School Diploma or equivalent required Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Leadership or supervisory training strongly preferred Experience 3+ years in a manufacturing environment 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive results Experience with hiring, coaching, and employee development Background in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement is a plus Skills Strong leadership and accountability mindset Sound decision-making and problem-solving ability Effective communication across all levels of the organization Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Solid understanding of manufacturing operations and workflow Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems Why Technifab?
