Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead 3rd shift manufacturing operations and ensure safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement goals are achieved. This role is responsible for supervising employees, managing production schedules, maintaining quality standards, and promoting a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop production employees and team leaders Ensure production, quality, and safety targets are met Manage staffing, scheduling, overtime, and shift coverage Conduct coaching, performance evaluations, and training Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions Maintain accurate production reports and quality documentation Drive continuous improvement, 6S, and safety initiatives
Qualifications:
#healthcare2026 Bachelor's Degree preferred, or Associate Degree with supervisory experience 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production reporting tools Experience with safety, quality, and continuous improvement programs preferred
Requirements:
